Chilswell Valley circular walk

A walk exploring the hills, woods and villages to the south-west of Oxford.

The walk, which has two alternative Oxford start points, climbs the gentle hills overlooking Oxford's dreaming spires and passes through the steep Chilswell Valley, running alongside a miniature limestone gorge. Wildflowers, including the bee orchid and pyramidal orchid, may be seen in early summer.
