Personality Disorder Training

This course provides an introduction on the group of complex emotional and behavioural problems which include those receiving a diagnosis of personality disorder and other related difficulties (e.g. complex post traumatic stress).

One day course for

This course is for staff working with Children, Adults and Families and for foster carers.

The learning objectives for this course are:

  • Understanding the diagnosis and how people with a personality disorder are affected by the disorder
  • Problems professionals may come across with working with this client group
  • Assessment, engagement and Intervention
  • Treatment issues, care pathways, assessing and managing risk
