De Vere Oxford Thames

Couple in front of the Oxford Thames Four Pillars Hotel

Approved venues in Oxford for marriages and other civil ceremonies.

As you approach the hotel , the tree-lined driveway opens up to reveal the beautiful sandstone buildings created around two medieval barns and a 15th century Manor house.

Set on the River Thames in 30 acres of picturesque private grounds, only three miles from Oxford, it is hard to imagine a more romantic backdrop.

Possibilities range from an intimate civil ceremony on our ornate college barge to a memorable celebration in the medieval barn.
