Hotel du Vin | Oxfordshire County Council

Hotel du Vin

One of our approved venues, which can be used for marriages and other civil ceremonies.

Location and special features

The classical Georgian fa├žade of the old Brakspears Brewery on New Street, only 50 yards from the riverside moorings and in the heart of the historic town centre, is now home to Hotel Du Vin & Bistro Henley-on-Thames.

Every inch of the superb brewery architecture has been converted, whilst the nature of the original building has been preserved with one of two private dining rooms and a billiard room being carved out of the fermentation room and old malt house, respectively. The collection of buildings encircling the old brewery yard houses 43 bedrooms and suites, together with the trademark Hotel Du Vin Bistro and Champagne Bar.

Three rooms are licensed:

  • Ruinart - 50 guests
  • Henley - 50 guests
  • Canata - 40 guests

For catering purposes, the venue can hold up to 60 guests for a sit down meal, or 100 for a buffet style menu. Overnight accommodation is available, and exclusive use of facilities can be offered under certain conditions.
