Payment 

Via the planning portal

If you submit your application using the planning portal website, payment will be made via that website.

Applying by email

If you wish to submit your planning application by email you will need to send the payment separately.

The preferred method for payment in these circumstances is bank transfer. Contact us for the details on how to do this.

If it is not possible to pay by bank transfer, you can pay by cheque however, this method may cause delays.

If payment is made by cheque, make the cheque payable to 'Oxfordshire County Council' and send it to:

Include a covering letter providing details of the site location and also write this on the rear of the cheque.
