Daytime support

There are day centres for adults of all ages and needs in Oxfordshire. Organised by voluntary groups and us, they provide places where people can receive care and support and have fun socialising, while feeling at home and retaining their independence.

Oxfordshire County Council has eight Community Support Services centres which offer bespoke support activities for adults who have a learning disability, ageing health needs, physical disability, dementia or mental health needs.

There are also many other community and voluntary organisations and groups providing excellent activities and daytime support across the county – we are supporting a range of community and voluntary sector services, and the Community Information Network is providing more information about these opportunities.
