Oxfordshire County Council users

• Login with your main network account username and password (Active Directory) e.g. oxfordshire\firstname.lastname
• Forgotten password?
  Please ask your line manager or a colleague to email the ICT Service Desk at ict.servicedesk@oxfordshire.gov.uk asking for your password to be reset. This email must come from an Oxfordshire mailbox to be authenticated and approved.
• Reset your own password on MyPass – you must have already enrolled before you can reset your password

School users and governors

• Use the schools' Intranet at http://schools.oxfordshire.gov.uk/cms

Oxford City Council users

• To access the Oxfordshire County Council intranet from outside the internal network you will need to complete the Intranet access request form.
